2. Description of Services

N2R Spaces provides an online platform that connects creative professionals ("Renters") with space owners ("Hosts") who offer rehearsal studios, recording studios, event spaces, and other creative workspaces for short-term rental.

Our services include but are not limited to: space listings, booking management, payment processing, messaging between users, community features, and event hosting.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through N2R Spaces are subject to the following terms:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or E-Transfer).
• Applicable taxes (including HST) will be added to your booking total.
• Cancellation policies vary by space and are displayed on each listing.
• Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.
• N2R Spaces charges a service fee for facilitating bookings.

5. Host Responsibilities

As a Host on N2R Spaces, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your space.
• Maintain your space in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
• Honor all confirmed bookings unless cancellation is unavoidable.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your space.

6. Renter Responsibilities

As a Renter on N2R Spaces, you agree to:

• Use spaces only for their intended purpose as described in the listing.
• Treat spaces with respect and leave them in the condition you found them.
• Follow all house rules set by the Host.
• Not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the space.
• Be responsible for any damage caused during your booking.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Violating any laws or regulations.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
• Circumventing our payment system to avoid fees.
• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's security or functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

The N2R Spaces name, logo, and all related content are trademarks and property of N2R Spaces. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant N2R Spaces a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

N2R Spaces acts as a platform connecting Hosts and Renters. We are not responsible for the condition of spaces, the conduct of users, or any disputes between parties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
